John is a forward-looking Senior Executive with a demonstrable track record in leading and delivering large scale financial performance improvements, restructuring strategies and challenging business transformations in market leading businesses in the distribution and logistics sectors. With over 20 years CEO/MD level experience, John brings a wide variety of experiences and skills to his work, liking to operate at pace to deliver significant positive impact on profitability and the prospects of the businesses with which he works. Along with a strong commercial and operational focus John has a passion for supporting business leaders in their own professional development, enhancing teamwork and organizational effectiveness. Since July 2020 John has a business advisory practice, the purpose of which is to support business owners in progressively building the value of their businesses and in the achievement of their personal goals
